Gentle Yoga
This Class is exactly as it sounds: breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxing – gently.
Anyone is welcome: experienced or not so much, strong or less so, flexible or stiff as a board (primarily Mature Bodies and those with limited mobility but open to all). As in all our classes, we offer variations for each pose so that every participant can choose how to do them, depending on his or her level of strength and flexibility and how they’re feeling in the moment.
The practices are designed with safety as the number one priority, but also so that participants will feel comfortable enough to explore the possibilities of each pose. Our aim is to offer a practice that helps lead participants to live each moment more fully, on and off the mat.
